Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

•     Please contact us at least 24 hours before your planned arrival in order to ensure the facilities and a table can be guaranteed.
•     The voucher is non-refundable.
•     Available Monday to Friday.
•     Your voucher is valid from 10 March to 30 June 2025.
•     You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
•     Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
•     We reserve the right to restrict the number of bookings on each day to ensure the quality of service.
•    The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest.
•    Kindly notify us at the time of booking that this voucher is to be used and present it to a member of staff on arrival.
