Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Small Print:

• Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Jan 2025 until Thur 27 Mar 2025, 7 days, 2.30 pm - 5.00 pm; subject to availability.
• Excluded Dates: 14th, 15th & 16th Feb, 2025. Please note limited availability on Saturdays and Sundays; book    well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Afternoon tea only; the menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten/wheat free options are available. Please advise the restaurant at the time of booking.
• Table required back after 2 Hrs. Wheelchair access is available. Children permitted.
• We reserve the right to restrict the number of bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date this is to ensure the quality of service. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest.
• Upgrade from our Classic Afternoon Tea to our Tiffin Afternoon Tea for only £12.00 per voucher.  Kindly notify us at the time of booking that this voucher is to be used and present it to a member of staff on arrival. Vouchers must be printed for redemption.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers. Images of food are used for illustrative purposes only and are subject to change.
